The body is our first home: made up of nerves, lymphatic fluids, organs, fascia, muscles, cells, hormonal flows and so much more. It's a complex place, where information is constantly flowing. Everything we experience leaves a trace within it. What the mind tends to erase, the body remembers. The mind can lose its way, it can mislead us. The body never does. The body is our North Star.
When held safely and accompanied, the body can become a portal for therapeutic work towards self-liberation.
Through touch and presence, I create a space where your nervous system can soften, your body opens and receives, energy starts flowing again, the mind lets go. Allowing you to rediscover safety and pleasure in your own body.
At the heart of my work is a one-on-one 90-minute deep tissue massage session. I let your body guide the rhythm and direction of the session, which may move toward relaxation and grounding, emotional release, or a deeper exploration of what your body holds.
I use natural oils, essences and music to support the experience, but the most important element is the attention we bring to your body together.
My work can also accompany you further, into the processing of repressed or unresolved emotions: a path that unfolds over time, through multiple sessions, for those who feel the need to go deeper.
A few days before our session, I'll invite you to answer questions about how you're feeling, physically and emotionally. It's an opportunity to pause, observe where you are in this moment, and begin listening to your body. Your reflections help me prepare for our time together with greater care.
The work doesn't end when you leave the room. In the days that follow, I remain available to support the integration of the experience. If emotions, memories, physical sensations or new awareness arise, you're welcome to share them with me. I consider integration an essential part of the process: it allows what happens during the session to take root in your everyday life.
